1. Who we are

Pluckly (“we”, “us”) operates getpluckly.com and the Pluckly product-generation service. Contact us anytime at info@getpluckly.com.

2. Information we collect

• Email address. Collected when you make a purchase or contact us. We use it to deliver your product, send receipts, and respond to support requests.
• Product inputs. The topic, format, length, brand name, color scheme, and logo you submit to generate a product.
• Payment details. Card information is collected and processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data. Basic analytics such as page views, device type, and referrer, used to improve the service.

3. Stripe payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you check out, your card data is sent directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection. We receive a confirmation, the customer email, the amount, and a session identifier so we can deliver your purchase and provide support. Stripe’s handling of your data is governed by their privacy policy.

4. Analytics

We use lightweight analytics to understand how the service is used in aggregate (visits, top pages, conversion rates). We do not sell this data. Where required by law, we will request your consent before setting non-essential cookies.

5. AI processing

Generated products are produced by sending your inputs (topic, format, length, brand details) to third-party AI model providers via the Lovable AI Gateway. Inputs and outputs may be processed and temporarily retained by those providers to deliver the response and prevent abuse, subject to their own privacy terms. Do not submit personal data, confidential information, or anything you would not want processed by an AI model.

6. How we use your information

• Deliver the product you generated and paid for.
• Send transactional emails (receipts, recovery, support replies).
• Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud or abuse.
• Improve and operate the service.
• Comply with legal obligations.

7. Sharing

We share data only with the service providers that make Pluckly work — currently Stripe (payments), our email delivery provider, our hosting and database provider, and the AI model providers described above. We do not sell your personal information.

8. Data retention

We retain purchase records and generated products for as long as needed to provide support, deliver re-downloads, and meet legal and accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your data by emailing us.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. Email info@getpluckly.com and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
